Parents, the goal of 30 Hour Famine

is to raise awareness for world hunger. 

30 Hour Famine is NOT limited to the famine event

Saturday, March 21st to Sunday, March 22nd

We are asking ALL students to raise $ for the cause.

This can be done in two ways, collect recycle cans &

create an on-line donation page.

Wednesday, March 18th from 7pm to 8:30pm

Impact will have it's own mini-30 Hour Famine event night.

If you have any concerns regarding this event

please talk to Steve or myself.

Many middle school parents are concerned with

the 30 hour famine, the sleep-over, raising money, etc. 

We would love to have the opportunity to set you at ease.

Impact has a fundraising goal of $2015

We are putting together a workshop (coming soon) to help students create an online fundraising page.

To help us reach our goal we are asking

friends, neighbors, & family to save crushed cans to recycle.

 

 

 

Details:

Change:  The Camp is Running from Saturday until Monday

We will be meeting @ Hope Center on Saturday, January 17th @ 7:30am

Please bring luggage to Impact Wednesday, January 14th to be pre-packed

We will be returning to Hope Center @ around 3:30pm on Monday, Jan. 19th

(We will be stopping for lunch on the way home, so students will need to bring $ for lunch)

Bring warm clothes, snow clothes (snow play could be possible), closed toed shoes and/or boots, 

a warm coat, pjs, toothbrush, sleeping bag, pillow, bible, pen, notebook,

Please no electronic game devices to camp!
